Pathman Lewis partner Aaron Tandy addressed social media policies in the workplace at the 9th annual Labor & Employment Conference in Miami. Tandy’s presentation focused in part on the benefits to employers of having a social media policy, employees’ rights to privacy in emails and social media postings and balancing limitations in the workplace.
